Noise has been one of the highest reputed audio and wearable brands in India. It has been awarded as the #1 Wearable Watch Brand in India by IDC Worldwide Wearable in 2020 and the #1 India’s Most Promising Brand by ET Awards in 2019.

Its previous watch series Noise ColorFit was the most selling Smart Watch in 2020. Now Noise has launched its new model in that lineup- Noise ColorFit Pro 3. Clearly, their tagline for this model: “Quest for the best” definitely defines it. Let’s check out more about it in its review.

Noise ColorFit Pro 3 Review

Noise ColorFit Pro 3 was launched for the public on 10th February 2021. It is available at Noise, Amazon, and Flipkart. Earlier for a few days, it was priced at ₹3999, but now it is available at ₹4499 across all platforms.

Display

Noise ColorFit Pro 3 comes with an industry-leading TruView^TM  Display, with a 1.55″ vivid color touch screen. The screen is 320*360 resolution. The screen is quite bright with 500 NITS of Brightness. It also comes with 3-Step Brightness Adjustment and Auto-Brightness which functions depending on the time of the day.

While we see an OLED Display on smartwatches these days, the watch comes with a Regular Display. It might be a cost-cutting measure, considering they’re giving some features that other brands give at much more prices. Even though, the display is crisp enough and doesn’t feel cheap or low-res.

Watch Face

Talking about watch faces, it comes with 5 pre-installed watch faces, and also it comes with many cloud-based options for watch faces available on the app. Clearly, it is customizable and has a cloud-based watch faces option.

It is also been speculated that more watch faces will come on later updates.

Sensors

The biggest change you’ll notice over Noise ColorFit Pro 2 is the presence of the SpO2 Sensor. The sensor is pretty accurate in real-life scenarios with only a minor difference of +/-2% when compared to medical equipment for measuring blood oxygen levels. But it is advisable not to consider it as a medical device itself.

It also comes with a heart rate sensor with also comes with 24/7 heart rate monitoring feature. While this feature is a useful one, it also means turning it on will cost you some battery life.

Features

Noise ColorFit Pro 3 comes with features like Stress Level Monitor in which it has two modes, Stress Monitor and Breathe Monitor. It is a very useful feature and comes in handy to monitor your personal well-being.

The Sleep Tracking on the device monitors Deep & Light Sleep and REM Sleep or Rapid Eye Movement Sleep. Noise ColorFit Pro 3 was in review and in the test by many creators and their opinion is that sleep tracking on the device is quite accurate and impressive.

Noise ColorFit Pro 3 is 5 ATM Water-Resistant, clearly stating that it is suitable for taking to shower, swimming, or at the beach with you, without having to worry. Also, it even can measure your activity while you’re swimming too.

The company’s claim “Splash-Proof, Dive-Proof” is thus sensible.

Battery Life

The company claims that Noise ColorFit Pro 3 can have 10-day battery life. While it is from the test conducted under certain circumstances, it should easily last more than 7 days in moderate usage.

Some YouTube creators have given an early verdict of the battery life of the smartwatch to be not so good, but they also need to understand that while they’re using their device initially to check for all the features, they’re using it extensively. Nobody would ever use their smartwatch that much in a single day, and an average user only checks the device occasionally to keep track of their time and health data.

Notification

The notification feature of the smartwatch allows you to keep track of the notification of your apps and calls. This includes services like WhatsApp, Facebook, Messages, etc.

While you get the caller ID of the person who is calling you, there is only an option of hanging up the call. A function of answering the call via other mediums or quick replies to cut calls would have been a better feature. Also, there is no way to quickly reply to messages from the device as we see in other smartwatches.

There are also some Smart Notifications which you can set via the app, like Hand Wash Reminders, Sedentary Reminders, Hydration Reminders, Calendar Reminder, etc. These features are always good as an add-on especially when we’re living in pandemic times.

An additional color variant has just been launched today which is called the Pride Edition.

This variant has been designed to promote love irrespective of gender. It has a rainbow-like color band along with a special rainbow-like watch face. Pride Edition is currently available on the Noise Official Website only, but it might soon be released to other platforms as well.

Most of the reviews of Noise ColorFit Pro 3 does not mention that the body color also varies in accordance with the color you choose. Like for example, if you choose Jet Black, Jet Blue, or Pride Edition, you’ll get a Dark Grey Body, if you choose Smoke Green or Smoke Grey, you’ll get a Light Grey Body, or if you choose Rose Red Or Rose Pink, you’ll get a Golden Color Body.

Customizability

One of the best features of Noise ColorFit Pro 3 is customizable straps. Noise provides a variety of unique and high-quality straps available on their website.

The band options available for Noise ColorFit Pro 3 are:

There are different color options available in each variant, check them in the links provided above.

In my personal opinion, I found Magnetic Leather Strap and Woven Nylon Strap to be the most unique straps available. Magnetic Leather Strap contains small magnets all over the straps which stick properly when you wrap the watch around your wrist. While Woven Nylon Strap is like a band that is elastic and you just need to slide it on your wrist.
